Changes to the Schedule of Fees at the BPTO – Brazil

Ordinance No. 27 amending the list of items on the Schedule of Services and Fees for the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BPTO) was published February 7, 2014. This Ordinance is set to take effect thirty (30) days from the date of publication, on March 11, 2014.
