Jackie has over 20 years of experience providing accounting, management advisory, and transaction services to public and private companies ranging from development stage to Fortune 500. Jackie began her career at PwC in the middle market audit practice advising public companies as well venture capital and private equity sponsored clients across a variety of industries including Software, Hardware, Manufacturing, Biotech, Radio and Television Broadcasting, Venture Capital, and Private Equity. Jackie spent the last 5 years of her tenure at PwC as a Director in the firms Transaction Services group performing financial due diligence and post-merger support for various financial sponsors.
