Jérôme Albertin, a lawyer since 2009, is appointed as counsel in the
Mergers-Acquisitions/Private Equity
Department of BG2V.

Jérôme Albertin is a lawyer on the Paris Bar (2009).
He holds a Master’s in business law (Université Paris XII) and a professional Master’s 2 in applied
intellectual property law (Université Paris XII).

Jérôme Albertin previously practiced in various business law firms and has practiced with Hervé de
Kervasdoué since April 2016.

He joined BG2V in February 2017 with Hervé de Kervasdoué, a partner of the Mergers-
Acquisitions/Private Equity Department, and with Jean-Sébastien Dumont, a partner of the Tax
Department, and their teams of associates.

• Camille de Verdelhan becoming partner in 2016,
• the arrival of Hervé de Kervasdoué and Jean-Sébastien Dumont, as partners, with 4 associates
in February 2017, and,
• the arrival of 10 associates in the past twelve months.
