Barlow Robbins introduces new Wills & Estates member to the IR Global network.
IR Global, the world’s largest exclusive network of advisory firms is delighted to introduce Scott Taylor of Barlow Robbins. Scott has joined alongside longstanding fellow IR Global member, David Foster, as our exclusive Wills & Estates member in England.
Scott is the Head of the Contentious Trusts and Estates team at Barlow Robbins, a leading UK law firm. Scott works with private individuals and charities in respect of disputes arising out of Wills, Trusts and Inheritance matters which often involve assets in multiple jurisdictions. Scott has particular expertise in cases involving allegations of lack of testamentary capacity, undue influence, want of knowledge and approval, and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
Scott also advises charities clients, on a wide range of legacy related matters to resolve complex disputes in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Scott advises on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as MEDIATION and he is experienced in dealing with cases in both the High Court and Court of Protection.
