Dev is an ACA member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, and FCA member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal.
He is the Director of Aster Advisory Pvt. Ltd. and promoted Nepal Tax Online, after leaving his eponymous firm Baker Tilly Dev Associates/Baker Tilly Nepal in September 2014 where he was the managing partner.
Dev is a reputed tax practitioner in Nepal. In 2015/16, he worked as consultant for pilot project for tax payer education conducted jointly by Inland Revenue Department of Nepal Government, FNCCI, GIZ and ICAN.
