The professional work is carried out by specific working groups, where at least one partner is directly involved in the performance of the engagement, in order to ensure a prompt and timely assistance. FGA has among its clients enterprises or group of enterprises, both Italian andforeign, associations as well as public entities and independent authorities. FGA is invited to participate to tenders issued by the Minister of Economy and Finance and by the Minister of Agriculture and Forestal Politics for the assignment of consultancy concerning corporate- financial, and EU matters, respectively.

The professional assistance is rendered by the partners, all of them directly involved in the performance of the engagement, and by the associates of the Firm, attorneys and tax advisors, that have a large experience in their respective fields of practice. A considerable low turn over characterizes FGA since all the associates share the philosophy of the Firm. FGA promotes an intensive training activity and its members take part as speakers to courses of specialization concerning corporate, financial, tax and EU law. FGA members give their contribute to specialized magazines in legal and tax fields as well as to domestic and international newspapers.

FGA makes use of computer systems, continuously updated, which enable FGA members to work in a safe, efficient and quick way. The members of the Firm comply with internal procedures that ensure an optimised management of the work.
International assistance
FGA has developed an international skill, having an office in Brussels and developing professional relationships with primary independent law firms which operate in the EU and United States jurisdictions. For each client and for any transaction FGA is able to choose the best combination in domestic professionalism and experience, taking into consideration any specific preference that the client might have.
