With their long-standing practices since 1990’s, Hayabusa Kokusai Law Offices and Asuka Kyowa Law Firm merged to establish Hayabusa Asuka Law Offices in March 2007. Hayabusa Asuka Law Offices is an independent Japanese law firm which handles a wide range of domestic legal work. In parallel, Hayabusa Asuka Law Offices can flexibly support a client in legal issues overseas, as it belongs to many international networks and works closely with professionals from other jurisdictions.
Hayabusa Asuka Law Offices has an outstanding expertise in areas of business laws, such as IP, M&A, Finance, Labor Law, and Bankruptcy. In these several years, Hayabusa Asuka Law Offices has put more efforts on facilitation of business development and investment to / from China, India, South East Asia and Russia (Far East Area), by reviewing a contract with a government agency, company or any other association of the country at issue and assisting dispute resolution etc.
