He has extensive experience in servicing local and international clients across a wide range of industry sectors, and an all-round grasp and knowledge of commercial affairs in Malta. He is routinely involved in raising finance for clients, advising on corporate structures, corporate finance and on the preparation of business plans and business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, investment appraisals and feasibility studies. He is also the partner responsible for risk management services where he manages assignments relating to risk management and internal audit.
William is a Certified Public Accountant and a registered auditor. He is the current President of the Malta Institute of Accountants. William is a member of the Accountancy Europe - Brussels SMP Forum and a member of the IFAC (International Federation of Accountants – New York) Small and Medium Practices (SMP) Committee.
