I have been practicing in New York City for nearly thirty years and have achieved an AV rating from Martindale/Nolo.  I am also highly rated on the website Avvo by both peers and clients.  I am a member of both the National Employment Lawyers Association and its New York chapter, where I am a member of the Legislative Committee.  I am a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and Fordham Law School.  In addition to negotiating, counseling, mediating and litigating on behalf of employees, I have advised and assisted employers in both the US and UK, specifically on employment contracts and New York City’s employment laws, which are challenging to navigate.
