Primož is a Senior associate at ODI, heading the firm’s Slovenian M&A practice group.
Working in the M&A field from the beginning of his career, Primož has experience with domestic and cross-border transactions across various industry sectors, be it on the buy, sell or target side. In addition to his M&A work, he regularly advises domestic and foreign clients on corporate law and insolvency law matters and is also active in the fields of real estate and tax.
Primož graduated cum laude at the University of Ljubljana. Gaining international experience, he completed courses at Lund University (exchange study programme – various courses in law and economics), Humboldt University of Berlin (Alternative Dispute Resolution) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (European Company Law).
Primož has authored several articles, focusing on (i) privatisation of companies and free movement of capital and (ii) regulatory framework of collaborative economy.
