Omar joined the firm in 2011 and is licensed to practice in Egypt and the United States (New York).

He focuses on Investment Matters as well as Corporate and commercial transactions; M&As, Joint Ventures, establishment structuring and re-domestication. Omar has assisted and advised on numerous establishment matters pertaining to foreign entities in Egypt.

Omar specializes in Corporate Establishment and Structuring and has advised and respectively established numerous entities in Egypt.

Omar’s knowledge and practice is evident in his knowledge pertaining to international transactions.

Omar has advised clients on matters governed by the CISG and other international treaties as well as matters governed and regulated by the WTO and WIPO.

Omar is currently an Adjunct Professor of Commercial & Fiscal Business Law at the American University in Cairo and is also responsible for the Firm’s pro-bono department and has worked and assisted numerous developmental organizations and incubators.
