Oksana is an English law qualified transactional M&A corporate lawyer and the  Head of  Colman Coyle Corporate and Commercial Department. 

Oksana’s background is international City-based law firms in London.  She has broad-ranging corporate and commercial experience, including cross-border transactional M&A (often acting for the US clients and businesses), having advised on high-value multi-jurisdictional share and asset acquisitions and disposals, group restructurings and de-mergers, shareholders’ agreements, and multi-billion dollar international joint venture projects, as well as major international infrastructural commercial projects. 

Oksana has ample experience of running international and domestic transactions from the outset to completion, acting for a large pool of international and domestic clients across various industries and geographical areas, including start-ups and established multi-jurisdictional businesses and corporations.

Given Oksana’s connections and active business and social networking, both in London and internationally, as well as having an unparalleled understanding of international markets and business mentality, Oksana has built up an impressive client and business network both locally and internationally. This combined with her practical legal experience of advising international companies and clients on English law puts her into a perfect position to provide seamless legal and commercial advice to the international clients and businesses.
