Maritime Law in Italy
Via XX Settembre 14/17, Genoa, 16121
The firm was established in 1950 by Aldo Mordiglia (1915 – 2003), who remained at the helm until the age of 80. Thanks to the determination of its founding member and the contribution of the partners who joined him over the years, the firm now boasts eleven partners and ten associates. Studio Legale Mordiglia’s most recent venture was the opening of its Milan branch in 2006.
The firm has expanded activity into many fields, always in keeping with both the evolving market and the changes in the profession.
We strongly believe and thrive on teamwork, which is valued as a strong source of integration among partners, as well as a means of offering clients the highest standard of service, particularly when dealing with complex issues. With this in mind, the Firm has always invested in young lawyers, a choice that has proved winning and which has in turn allowed us to maintain long-term partnerships and continuity throughout the generations, something not many other firms can boast. Studio Legale Mordiglia is member of ASLA Associazione Studi Legali Associati.
