Mark Regan has spent all of his career to date with one of Ireland’s leading Law firms as a Senior Partner in the Commercial and Litigation Departments.  After 18 years, he observed a need for bespoke and value-added service for his domestic and international clients and established Regan Solicitors with a view to providing and developing these services.

As an expert in these areas, Mark has provided his services and expertise as a commercial law advisor and litigator to clients in sectors as diverse as the Food industry, logistics, data storage, property development, healthcare, transport, construction and travel industry associations. 

Mark has developed a leading expertise in the area of corporate law, and has assisted some of Ireland’s largest multinationals with drafting industry-specific contracts in their library of contract documentation and has advised in respect of contract disputes.

With a well-established background in commercial law Mark is ideally positioned to advise clients in the areas of mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring and offers very specific relocation advises to International Companies wishing to establish a European and Middle Eastern Head Office in Ireland. Mark has also co-advised with a number of International Law firms in multi-jurisdictional Litigation, Corporate and Probate matters. Mark is always available and welcomes any and all enquiries from international colleagues and clients.
