Ulrich assists and represents domestic and foreign enterprises in the field of civil and commercial law, in particular in litigation and dispute resolution matters which also includes commercial arbitration and mediation.
A special focus lies on cross-border lawsuits and representation in court disputes and arbitration. Ulrich’s clients in litigation and arbitration have recently come from countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States, South Africa, Italy, France, Denmark and Israel. Ulrich is regularly representing clients in arbitration proceedings which recently have involved matters of IP, corporate/commercial and media & entertainment.
Moreover, Ulrich is a member of the IP/IT practice group of SKW Schwarz and advises clients in soft IP, licensing and distribution matters. Ulrich has been author and co-author of various articles in national and international law reviews and newsletters. Ulrich is a “Recommended Lawyer” by Legal 500.
Ulrich speaks German and English and has a fair working knowledge of French, Spanish and Portuguese.
