Member of the Paris Bar since 1996, Caroline Joly, partner and co-founder of Baro Alto law firm, started her career in the litigation and risk management department of PwC law firm before joining Lexcom law firm in 2011 where she became Partner in charge of the litigation department.
She created Baro Alto Law Firm with Géraldine Brasier Porterie in 2015. She holds dual qualifications in business and law and graduated from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG). She lectures in business criminal law in several universities and is also a registered Mediator with the CMAP (Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris – Paris mediation and arbitration center).
