Mayara Isfer is a lawyer and accountant, with emphasis on insolvency law. She holds a Masters (Msc) in Business Law at Universidade de São Paulo – USP (University of São Paulo). She is the Financial Director of Centro de Mulheres na Reestruturação Empresarial – CMR (Women’s Association in Business Restructuring), a Member of Instituto de Direito Recuperacional do Paraná – IDRE (insolvency law institute) and a Member of the OAB/PR Business Law Comission. Today, with a highly specialized team in legal technology, the firm has been renowned for serving business companies, entities of the Public Administration, in addition to private Associations and Foundations, with both consulting and litigation practices.
