SCHNEIDER GROUP is an official partner and integrator of the “Chestny ZNAK” track & trace system
In 2019, a project on the mandatory marking of goods was launched in Russia. By 2024, a single national marking system will cover all industries from medicines and tobacco products to clothing and baby food.
Starting in 2021, clothing, tires, dairy products, and perfumes and eau de toilette are subject to mandatory marking.
Selling these types of goods without the Data Matrix code on the labels will be considered illegal.
The partnership agreement between SCHNEIDER GROUP and the Center for Research in Perspective Technologies (CRPT), the operator of the Russian national goods marking and track & trace system “Chestny ZNAK”*, will allow SCHNEIDER GROUP to offer clients from various industries a comprehensive solution for marking goods in accordance with the legislation.
The solution is implemented on the basis of the SAP Cloud Platform for reliability and resiliency, and includes the MarkingHub platform for marking a large volume of goods (over 100 million units per year). During the project, SCHNEIDER GROUP consultants analyze and restructure business processes, develop requirements for IT systems, and advise clients on methodological and legal issues related to marking, testing, and quality control when implementing information systems.
Yuriy Krasilnikov, SCHNEIDER GROUP IT Project Manager Business Applications: “Our partnership with CRPT “Chestny ZNAK” will help numerous SCHNEIDER GROUP clients who are subject to the mandatory marking requirement to fulfil projects implementing marking and tracking systems more efficiently, make the process smoother, and avoid potential problems”.
