High Wycombe based law firm, Blaser Mills Law, has acquired reputable local solicitors, Reynolds Parry Jones LLP [RPJ], as part of its ongoing growth and expansion.
Blaser Mills Law is already one of the largest law firms in the region and will be further bolstered by the addition of RPJ’s operations and long-held reputation in many practice areas, including family and divorce, employment, commercial and property litigation.
An established firm, Reynolds Parry Jones has a strong following of loyal clients, many of whom are second or third generation clients whose families have been advised by the firm for decades. The business has serviced the Buckinghamshire and Thames Valley region for over 150 years and has deep ties to the community, with wills, trust and probate partner, Roderick McCulloch, currently serving as Mayor of Chesham.
Blaser Mills Law has committed to retaining most of the Reynolds Parry Jones work force, allowing clients to experience continuity of service, as well as benefiting from further access to a large team of lawyers with complimentary expertise.
Following the acquisition, operations will continue under the Reynolds Parry Jones brand and from the firm’s existing premises on Easton Street, where it has been based for the past 150 years.
