HKEx Consults on Listing Rule Amendments to Increase its Disciplinary Powers and Sanctions
The Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx) is consulting on amendments to the HKEx Listing Rules to increase its disciplinary and sanctioning powers under Chapter 2A of the Main Board Listing Rules and Chapter 3 of the GEM Listing Rules.
