Lockdown has only served to increase already strained relationships between tenants and landlords and so as the retail sector starts to re-emerge from lockdown with rent quarter looming, what should those tenants do?
On Friday 19th June we will be holding a live panel discussion with leading advisers to the high street to explore this issue. Our panel will provide insight and practical solutions to assist those retailers getting back to business looking at:
- What steps tenants should be taking to address and resolve landlord tensions to aid the bounce back of the high street
- What the implications are for landlords and tenants if tensions continue, amongst other key considerations as we move in to the new normal.
- The new insolvency regimes and the impact on leases
- …and many other topical points
Join us for what promises to be an engaging and insightful discussion in to one of the key challenges facing the retail, food and drink sector.
