On April 18, 2020 the Decree of the President of Russia № 274 “On temporary measures regulating the legal state of foreign nationals in Russia taken in relation to the spread of COVID-19” was issued and came into force.
Pursuant to the Decree in case “migration documents” of foreign nationals staying in Russia expire within the period from March 15 till June 15, 2020, the term of validity of such documents shall be considered extended until June 15, 2020 (inclusive).
