Jonathan is a transaction services specialist; his expertise includes transactions advisory, including financial due diligence, valuations, vendor due diligence and IPO working capital reviews. He has specialist experience in sectors such as retail as well as hospitality and leisure.
Jonathan heads up the financial due diligence and valuations practice as part of Quantuma’s corporate finance team. He has over 25 years of experience working on deals for private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, corporates and family offices. He has led buy-side and vendor due diligence projects as well as valuations in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
