Mark is a corporate finance specialist; his expertise includes working for a wide range of clients across many sectors, enabling them to create, build, grow and ultimately realise their value. His sector experience includes manufacturing, logistics and distribution, business services, telecoms and IT as well as professional services.
Mark is a partner and heads up the corporate finance team with Ian Barton. He has over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance and has a demonstrable track record of leading complex transactions of different sizes across a variety of sectors.
