Studio Internazionale, assisted Alkor group

Piergiorgio Zettera, partner of Studio Internazionale, assisted Alkor group in acquiring a business branch of Radim Spa from the bankruptcy procedure of the company itself.
The acquisition is part of the process of consolidation of its presence in the Italian market of in vitro immunodiagnostics by the Russian group, specifically through the acquisition, inter alia, of the Radim brand. Alkor was supported by a legal team led by Piergiorgio Zettera, with the cooperation of the associate Chiara Buttitta, for the activities related to the M&A issues, and by a team of tax experts led by the partner Luca Grasseni for the fiscal and accounting issues, taken care of for the negotiation and closing of agreements aimed at the acquisition.
