Andrew Levchuk, Counsellor at Law, LLC joins IR as the exclusive Data Privacy & Security Member in US-Massachusetts

IR Global, the world’s largest exclusive network of advisory firms is delighted to introduce Andrew Levchuk of Andrew Levchuk, Counsellor at Law, LLC. Andrew has joined IR as our exclusive Data Privacy & Security Member in US-Massachusetts.

My practice focuses on cybersecurity, criminal defence, and civil litigation.  Before returning to private practice, I spent 24 years at the U.S. Department of Justice, where I was lead counsel in federal jury trials in districts across the country. I served for 11 years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, and for four years as Senior Trial Attorney in the Public Integrity Section. I also argued 30 cases in the United States Courts of Appeals and assisted in preparing U.S. Supreme Court briefs.  See Taylor v. United States, 495 U.S. 575 (1990), and Thornburgh v. Abbott, 490 U.S. 401 (1989).  

I advise clients on cybersecurity, data protection and privacy rights.   During my Justice Department tenure, I served as Senior Counsel at the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section.  I am a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a GIAC Information Security Professional, and have received cybersecurity training at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia.
