PRESS Release – The book “Fundamentals of Polish Business Law”

DLP Dr Robert Lewandowski & Partners sp.k.” announces that the book “Fundamentals of Polish Business Law” written by Robert Lewandowski was published in July of this year by Beck publishers in Warsaw (Poland). The text of this book has its roots in his previous work “Polish Commercial Law: an Introduction”. During the past decade, there have been many changes to Polish law, especially in business matters. The current updated edition provides  insight and focus now on some selected topics of business law and is divided into 10 chapters designated to different aspects of law such as forms of business organisations, basic legal principles of the Polish law of employment, litigation and arbitration, criminal law and business law,  as well as insolvency and restructuring law as it relates to creditors and debtors.
