Nangia Advisors opens new offices in Bengaluru and Pune. The new Bengaluru office through Nangia Advisors is located on Infantry Road, strategically close to major IT hubs and tech giants. Nangia Advisors has chosen well-regarded tax heads Adarsh Rathi and Sandeep Jhunjhunwala to lead the office.
Adarsh Rathi joins Nangia Advisors from EY and brings 11 years of experience advising companies on transfer pricing advisory and planning, documentation and controversy management, including Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP).
Sandeep Jhunjhunwala joins Nangia Advisors from Deloitte and brings 12 years of experience in corporate and international taxation. His broad experience includes tax and regulatory advisory, compliance support, planning opportunities and litigation support on direct tax and regulatory matters.
The Pune office is located at the heart of the city on F.C Road. Pune is the automobile hub of India and also the biggest base for German companies in India. The office would be led by Sudin Sabnis.
Sudin Sabnis joins Nangia Advisors from Deloitte bringing in close to 12 years of experience in international taxation. He has assisted a large number of foreign companies on tax planning and direct tax matters. He is also fluent in speaking the German language.
