Rose Zoia (Of Counsel) Joins The Firm

Friedemann Goldberg LLP is excited to share that Rose M. Zoia has joined the firm in an Of Counsel position. As part of the firm, Rose will be working on real estate, lending, and appellate cases. She has 30 years of experience as a California lawyer and has established a preeminent reputation in the field of land use.

Ms. Zoia has practiced in the superior courts of more than a dozen counties in California as well as in each of the six districts of the California Courts of Appeal. She has also practiced in the Eastern, Central, and Northern Districts of the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has lectured on the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and represented Protect Our Water and Environmental Rights (POWER) in a coordinated case challenging the Environmental Impact Report on the largest water transfer in the history of the United States.
