Jonathan is a transactional lawyer in the firm’s Washington, DC, and Charleston, WV offices. His practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, commercial litigation, financial services, corporate finance and entrepreneurial transactions.
Before joining Bailey & Glasser, Jonathan was General Counsel to Governor Joe Manchin of West Virginia. Jonathan later served as Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to Manchin following his election to the United States Senate in 2010.
Jonathan represents clients in the natural resources, technology, real estate and financial sectors.
