The Federal Maritime Commission has issued notice that the following amended agreements have been filed. Interested parties may submit comments by July 31.
Caribbean Shipowners Association (Crowley Caribbean Services LLC; Hybur Ltd.; King Ocean Services Limited, Inc.; Seaboard Marine Ltd.; Tropical Shipping & Construction Co., Ltd.; and Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd.) – The amendment deletes CMA CGM SA as a party to the agreement.
West Coast of South America Discussion Agreement (King Ocean Services Limited, Inc. and Seaboard Marine Ltd.) – The amendment deletes CMA CGM SA as a party to the agreement.
