Mobile Electronic Devices. The International Trade Commission has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1065 of mobile electronic devices and radio frequency and processing components thereof with respect to certain patent claims based on complainant Qualcomm Incorporated’s withdrawal of its allegations pertaining to those claims.

Light Engines. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1102 of light engines and components thereof in its entirety without the imposition of import restrictions. This termination is based on a consent order between complainant Lumencor Inc. and the respondents.
