Biodiesel. The International Trade Commission has made final affirmative antidumping injury determinations on biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia. As a result, the International Trade Administration will issue AD duty orders on this product.

The ITC also made a negative critical circumstances determination with respect to Argentina, meaning imports of subject goods from that country will not be subject to retroactive AD duties.

Honey. In its sunset review of the AD duty order on honey from China, the ITC has determined that revoking this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, this order will remain in place.

Uncoated Paper. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on uncoated paper from Portugal for the period Aug. 26, 2015, through Feb. 28, 2017, the ITA has determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for exporter/producer The Navigator Company S.A.

Steel Sheet. The ITC has revised the schedule for its full sunset review of the AD duty order on tin- and chromium-coated steel sheet from Japan. Supplemental comments are now due May 4 and final comments are due May 25.
