“After having worked for several years in the international audit firms commonly known as “Big Four”, several accountants and consultants took the decision of incorporating a local entity, with the objectives of providing auditing and consultancy services of highest standards to the local stakeholders at affordable prices.
AG & Associates was thus formed in 1996. In May 1999, AG & Associates s.a.r.l. was incorporated in Rwanda to cater for this market and neighbouring countries.
Since April 2005, we have separate entities providing the different services: AG & Associates focus on the provision of audit services while AG Consultants Ltd concentrates on financial and other consultancy services. Both firms are members of KS International (www.ksi.org) and trade under the name ‘KSi Mauritius’. Management Innovation Partnership s.a.r.l. and ABC Consultants s.a.r.l. were incorporated in October 2005 in Rwanda to offer training and consultancy services in the Big Lake region (Burundi and Democratic Republic of Congo in addition to Rwanda).
In Burundi, our representative is the Multinational Consulting Group, a firm which exists for more than 20 years. For assignments on the African continent, we work in close collaboration with domestic firms in their respective countries.
