Colin Ng & Partners LLP advises on sale of Singapore manufacturing company for a consideration exceeding S$50 million

Colin Ng & Partners LLP (“CNP“) advised the selling shareholders of a Singapore manufacturing company, with subsidiaries and operations in several parts of South East Asia, on the sale of 100% equity interests for a consideration exceeding S$50 million.

Mr Ken Chia (Partner) and Ms Hazel Ho (Senior Foreign Associate) advised the selling shareholders on this transaction.
