We will be hosting a seminar in which we seek to provide an overview of recent developments in business immigration and learn what can be done. We will focus on:
- Illegal working and right to work checks for employers.
- Compliance issues for employers holding sponsor licences, including practical tips on complying with sponsor obligations and responding to Home Office concerns.
- Tier 2 (the category for skilled workers from outside the EU): latest developments and future prospects.
- Business visitors: what they can and cannot do and restrictions on time spent in the UK.
- Brexit: latest developments and their implications for business immigration.
Our speaker: Joe Middleton is a specialist immigration barrister widely regarded in his field.
