Daphné Bès de Berc advises on the management and resolution of crisis and disputes, and, upstream, on the identification and the neutralization of litigation risks. She provides civil law, business law and criminal law expertise to companies, managers and shareholders.
She handles any kind of dispute resolution, from conciliation to mediation, and practices before both judiciary and arbitration courts.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, Daphné Bès de Berc holds a DESS and a master’s degree in business law / tax law from Dijon University, created by Professor Maurice Cozian, and holds a master’s degree in business law and European tax law.
She is fluent in French and English.
