Inspire is excited to announce the career advancement of Helen Holman to Associate Director, heading up the firm’s Corporate Finance division.
Progressing from her position as Senior Corporate Finance Manager, Helen’s promotion reflects the growth in demand for Inspire’s Corporate Finance services, which support entrepreneurs as they look to refinance or sell their businesses, make acquisitions or restructure.
Having joined the firm in 2013, Helen started her professional career working for Ernst & Young, training in audit before moving to the Corporate Finance team. Keen to see how a business works from the inside, she left Ernst & Young to join Aviva’s Healthcare business in 2002. Helen’s areas of expertise include corporate finance, strategy, and project and change management. But although Helen has worked for large companies, her heart and family background is with owner-managed entrepreneurial businesses.
Helen says: “It’s wonderful to work at Inspire and support our entrepreneurial clients as they build, grow and develop their businesses. The Inspire team is hugely talented and committed to supporting our clients and we have lots of exciting plans for the future. I am very much looking forward to being part of the delivery of those plans… watch this space!”
Warren Munson, MD and founder of Inspire, added: “Since Helen joined Inspire in 2013 she’s been an integral part of our senior management team and importantly enabled us to broaden our strategic and corporate finance services that we offer our entrepreneurial clients. Helen lives and breathes the essence of Inspire in all that she does and in the manner in which she has successfully delivered significant advisory projects for our clients. Consequently, through the further growth of Inspire and to enable us to achieve our future plans, it is with great pleasure we promote Helen to the position of Associate Director.”
Helen joins the Board of Directors, which is made up of Warren Munson, MD, Mike Bevis, Andrew Singleton and Chris Downing.
