On Monday the 25th/09 Ross Koffel attended the Sydney China Business Forum as guest of The University of Sydney, and was greeted by Susan Saretzki, Director, Business Development & Government Relations for the University’s China Studies Centre.
The Forum has become one of the leading events focusing on business interactions between Australia and China. It brings together high-profile entrepreneurs, academics and government representatives from both China and Australia, and this year focused on China’s digital landscape.
Opened by the Chancellor of The University of Sydney, the initial keynote speech was presented by The Hon Victor Dominello MP, Minister for Finance, Services and Property. Other keynote speakers included: Mr Bruce Ren, Chief Strategy Officer, UBTech; Mr Justin Gong, Co-Founder and CMO XAircraft; Mr Nicolas Chu, CEO Sinorbis; Mr Liu Feng, General Manager Smart City Product Line, ZTE Corporation; Mr Danny Zhang, Co-founder & Director, InnoQuantum Capital Mangegement and Mr Jeongmin Seong, Senior Fellow, McKinsey & Company.
The University of Sydney’s China Studies Centre works with partners in China to better understand China’s global impact, improve cooperation and cross-border relations.
