Matthew Harrison referred a matter pending in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Massachusetts that we are working on together for his clients. The clients have been sued in an adversary proceeding by the purchaser of assets from the Chapter 7 debtor which was in the credit card processing business, claiming that our clients have joined with former employees of the debtor to interfere with the business assets purchased by the plaintiff.
