Joshua W. Mermis is a Partner with Johnson Trent and a member of the firm’s Oil and Gas/Energy and Construction Law sections. He has broad experience in Oil and Gas law and Construction law. Joshua has extensive trial experience having conducted jury and bench trials, as well as arbitrations from small commercial disputes to significant multi-million dollar commercial projects throughout Texas. He represents operators, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, suppliers, business owners and individuals in a variety of disputes as well as in EEOC compliance and investigations. Joshua is licensed in Texas.
