Ludan Group expands investments in renewable energy

 

BWK Partners Attorneys in Amsterdam advises Ludan Group on its further expansion in the Netherlands. Ludan, listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange,  is active in  renewable energy production with a strong international presence. In addition to technical and engineering services, Ludan Group is also involved in the development and financing of new renewable energy projects  worldwide, including in the Netherlands.

Through different subsidiaries Ludan acts as project developer, EPC contractor (Engineering Procurement and Construction) and O&M contractor (Operations and Maintenance). Following recent successful acquisitions and  projects in the Netherlands,  Ludan has established an impressive portfolio of assets and it is in the process of adding new projects  in the Dutch renewable energy sector.

By 2017, the bio gas facility that is currently being constructed in Almere, the Netherlands is scheduled to annually produce 500m³ green gas/hour, based on a mix of 36,000 ton manure and agri-waste, and it is expected to realize an emission reduction of 2,300 tons of CO² per year.
