P. Ryan McElduff practices in the areas of litigation, insurance and admiralty. Mr. McElduff has represented insurers in commercial disputes, including bad faith claims, aviation, marine, energy, commercial liability, commercial property, construction, professional liability, directors and officers liability, commercial vehicle, pollution, cyber risk and antitrust matters. Mr. McElduff has also represented clients in transportation, aviation, marine, construction and professional disputes. Mr. McElduff was also seconded to a managing agent for members of the Lloyd’s of London insurance market for several months earlier in his career.
