Lars Klett is admitted to the bar in Germany and in the Czech Republic. He joined his current team in 2009, having worked as an attorney in Prague already since 2000. Before joining our firm, Lars worked several years at CMS Cameron McKenna and at e|n|w|c (now part of Taylor Wessing). He provides comprehensive legal advice to multinationals as well as midsize groups in connection with their activities in the Czech Republic.
We are an independent law firm based in Prague, Czech Republic with currently 3 partners and total 25 staff, which is considered mid-size for the Czech market. While we are a full service business law firm, we put a special focus on M&A and corporate, real estate and construction, commercial law, compliance, some aspects of intellectual property as well as employment law.
