Ivan is a Partner in the Firm’s Matrimonial and Family Law Practice Group.
Ivan’s primary expertise is in the area of matrimonial and family law. Ivan advises and acts for clients in all areas of matrimonial law such as contentious divorces, disputes over child custody and access, maintenance for wives and children, division of matrimonial assets and family violence in both the Singapore Family Court and the High Court of Singapore. Ivan has successfully represented clients in contentious custody applications with cross-jurisdictional issues and also advises on preparation and drafting of pre-nuptial agreements and deeds of financial arrangement.
Having been around for two decades, our Firm now consists of over 20 partners and 56 fee earners with a total staff strength of more than 130 personnel. The Firm’s wholly owned subsidiary, HEPCorporate Services Pte Ltd provides corporate secretarial services to it’s clients.
