Tarcísio Araújo Kroetz is a name and founding partner of the practice. He advises Brazilian and foreign companies in a wide variety of corporate transactions, and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and construction and infrastructure transactions, litigation and arbitration. Tarcísio is fluent in English and has a Master of Laws degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Tarcísio has also attended the Academy of American and International Law offered by the Southwestern Institute for International and Comparative Law, and the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Education. Kroetz also serves as arbitrator and is a member of the Lawyer’s Institute of Paraná as well the Brazilian Bar Association, Chapter of Paraná.
