Yehuda (Dady) Zamir (b. 1958) has been a partner in the firm since 1986. Mr. Zamir has personally handled most of the major transactions conducted by the firm in IPO’s as well as private issues, mergers and splits. He established the payroll processing department which also handles executive salaries for many of the largest companies in Israel. He is personally involved with the major tax consulting services offered to both individual clients and companies, and is the responsible partner for public companies and international corporations.
Yosef Shimony, Certified Public Accountant (Israel), was established in 1978. We provide a broad spectrum of accounting services including auditing, preparation of financial reports, tax services for companies and individuals, consultancy, due diligence, trust account and escrow bank account services and arbitration. We also offer additional outsourcing services such as bookkeeping, controlling, CFO service, payroll processing and others.
Our team consists of four partners who manage approximately 36 additional employees – accountants, bookkeepers, payroll controllers, tax advisors and administrative staff.
