Speiser Law Represents developer of the world’s first automated 24/7 cell phone sales and service point in its recent fund raising round

Oren Speiser of Speiser Law Offices represented Cellomat Israel Ltd, world’s first automated 24/7 cell phone sales and service point, in its recent fund raising from Cellebrite, leading mobile data technology company.  Cellebrite is a fully owned subsidiary of the Sun Corporation, a publicly traded company on JASDAQ based in Nagoya, Japan.

Cellomat has developed an automatic 24/7 servicing, repair and purchasing system for smartphones. The company’s system can contain hundreds of smartphones and be placed inside or outside of stores, making service swifter and more convenient. in 2013 Cellomat model was released and was placed in the service center of a major mobile SP.  Not only did it cut the average time for accepting a broken phone and issuing a replacement to less than 5 minutes, it dramatically reduced lines at the service center. Cellomat is constantly improving and innovating.  Its newest model features greater capacity, simpler internal design and increased functionality.
