International Referral, the world’s largest exclusive network of advisory firms is delighted to introduce Laura Mantelli of Magnocavallo e Associati. Their firm has joined IR as our exclusive Civil Law Member in Italy.
Laura Mantelli carries out her activities in the area of civil law – in particular with regard to inheritance law – and family law, providing legal advices and assistance both out-of-court and, especially, in-court including arbitration.
The firm was founded at the end of 19th century by Cesare Dragoni, then continued by his son Sergio and, finally taken over by Mr Antonio Magnocavallo in 1981. In 2005 Mr Alberto Predieri and Marco Bisceglia become partners and the firm assumed the actual structure. Ms Laura Mantelli joined the firm as partner in 2012.
The firm, coherently with its identity, has been structured in the actual small dimensions, typical of a legal boutique providing highly customized services. Such structure, among others, allows the senior partner a direct involvement in all the files in which the firm is retained and, anyhow, a close interaction among the partners, integrating the respective competences and guaranteeing to the client a uniform vision which harmonizes the required services.
