Our senior partner, Dr. Carlos T. Mersan, published an article in the ABC Color newspaper last Monday, September 8th, in which he carries out an analysis with respect to a bill currently being studied by the Senate, which shall repeal the administrative preliminary ruling in tax evasion criminal procedures.
